● About delivery

All products are shipped free of charge via Yamato Transport.
*For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, an additional shipping fee of 1,100 yen (regional shipping fee) will be added if the total order amount is 10,000 yen or less.

We accept the following payment methods:

Paidy (Postpaid)

  • No prior registration or credit card registration required.
  • Purchase now with just your email address and mobile number
  • Payment must be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
  • No matter how many times you purchase in a month, you can pay in one lump sum the following month.

In addition, if you verify your identity through the Payday app, you can also take advantage of convenient features such as the ability to pay in three installments with no fees*, check your available balance, and set a budget to prevent overspending.

● About cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted for unused items (no signs of wear, no tags or other accessories removed) within 5 days of receipt of the product.

Before shipping, we carefully check for stains, damage, stitching, etc. However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the item you ordered, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

● Regarding closing days and inquiries

Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week (April 29th to May 6th), summer (August 9th to August 17th), New Year's (December 27th to January 4th). When we are closed, we may not be able to respond to inquiries by email or phone.
We will respond to your inquiry within 3 days (or after the holiday if we are closed).
If you do not receive a reply within three days, please contact us by phone.
