Hemming for eligible items purchased from our store is free of charge, so please feel free to inquire. (Not applicable to SALE items or international shipping)

● About Shipping

Free shipping on all items. We ship via Yamato Transport.
*For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, if the total order amount is 10,000 yen or less, an additional shipping fee of 1,100 yen (regional shipping fee) will be added.

● Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Paidy (Postpaid)

*We only accept lump-sum payments.
*The withdrawal date varies depending on your card company.

Paidy (Postpaid)

  • No prior registration or credit card registration required.
  • Purchase instantly with just your email address and mobile phone number.
  • Pay by the 27th of the following month at convenience stores, bank transfer, or automatic bank withdrawal.
  • No matter how many times you purchase in a month, you only pay once the following month.

Furthermore, by verifying your identity through the Paidy app, you can enjoy convenient features such as 3-time deferred payment** with no installment fees*, checking your available spending limit, and setting a budget to prevent overspending.

● Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted for unused items (no signs of wear, tags and other accessories not removed) within 5 days of product arrival.
Please notify us by message or phone. (Not applicable to SALE items (coupon use) and international shipping)
Exchanges for product number and size are limited to one time per item. (Not applicable to SALE items (coupon use) and international shipping)
We will bear the shipping cost for exchanges. (Not applicable to SALE items (coupon use) and international shipping)
*Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
・Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refund processing fees.

Before shipping, we carefully check for dirt, damage, stitching, etc. However, in the unlikely event of damage during shipping, defective products, or if you receive a different item than ordered, we will bear the shipping costs for product exchange, etc.
Please contact us within 5 days of product arrival, and after verification, we will process your return.

● Business Holidays and Response to Inquiries

Business Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week (April 29 - May 6), Summer (August 8 - August 16), and New Year holidays (December 26 - January 4). During these holidays, we may not be able to respond to inquiries via email or phone.
We will respond within 3 days (or after the holidays if you contacted us during a holiday).
If you do not receive a response from us after 3 days, please call us.
Also, please recheck your email settings as our reply emails may sometimes not be delivered.
